We have an appeals/complaints procedure, which is displayed on the Parking Charge Notice.

Appeals can be made in writing within 14 days from the date of contravention. We will then respond within 35 days of receipt of the appeal.
In the event that an appeal is rejected, the option to have the appeal heard by an independent adjudicator will be offered, and a verification number will be provided.
Depending on the size of the site, our operative/s will enter the premises beforehand in order to check which vehicles are authorised before carrying out any enforcement.
