What do weget out of itby agreeing to have our car parks monitored?

A: Many companies charge for there services and equipment, we donít. So you get a free service and by contracting Capital Carpark Control to monitor your parking facilities allows you to continue with your day-to-day activities and concentrating on your primary business, leaving us to do what we do best.

Our car park operatives are trained in all aspects of parking from insuring the highest customer / client satisfaction, to enforcing the parking regulations required in a professional manner.

If you are a commercial occupier, by contracting Capital Carpark Control to monitor your property will enable your customerís easy access to your parking facilities which is proven to increase revenue.

Q: Because you donít charge for your services, is your quality of work affected?

A: No! We have a reputation to keep so therefore would do our very best to deliver the best customer / client satisfaction

Q: How will your operative/s know which vehicles are authorised to park?

A: We can supply you with parking permits; unless you already use your own that you wish to continue using. Alternatively, you can supply us with a list of registration numbers.

What happens ifa genuine visitor/authorised vehicle receives a parking Charge notice (PCN) or is clamped?

A: Once we establish that the visitor is authorised by you, we will cancel the PCN notice (only within the first 14 days of issue) and/or arrange for the wheel clamp to be removed free of charge. However we encourage you to inform us immediately that a visitor is on site.

Q: If we have a visitor for the day, how will your operative/s be able to identify this vehicle as authorised to park?

A: We can also supply you with visitor permits, which can be displayed for the duration of there stay. Alternatively, you can phone our controller with the vehicle details.

Q: We only have a couple of parking spaces that need protecting. Is it really worth it?

A: Yes of course. Many of our clients require there spaces primarily for there customers, clients or staff so regardless of the number of spaces you have, we are happy to help.

Q: Are your operations legal?

A: Yes. We operate within the guidelines of the Governing regulations for all the services we offer. All our staff are fully trained to industry standards and are proud "Approved" members of the British Parking Association (BPA) and our clamping staff are licensed by the Governments "Security Industry Authority" and proudly carry there (SIA) licence.

Q: We only require you to check our property twice a week, is that ok?

A: Yes of course. We provide you with a service that you require and best suits you.

Q: Will we have to deal with the people that have received a fine?

A: No. Those who receive a fine will follow the details on the reverse of the PCN issued. Those who have been clamped will phone the number displayed on the contact details provided. We attach our details to the offenders vehicle to enable the driver to arrange payment and release of the clamp.

Q: What happens if someone wants to complain or appeal against a fine?

A: We have an appeals/complaints procedure, which is displayed on the paperwork attached to the offending vehicle and is also displayed on our website. Appeals can be made in writing within 14 days of offence. We will then respond within 21 days of receipt of the appeal. A refund will be made where due.

Q: Our Carpark is for customers only, how will your operative/s know which vehicles are not authorised?

A: Depending on the size of the site, our operative/s will call into the premises beforehand in order to check which vehicles are authorised before carrying our there duties. At larger locations, we usually agree a time limit and the option of Pay & Display may be suggested.

Q: What are the charges for your services?

A: None. There is no set up costs coupled with No Service Charges. Many companies charge these fees and charge for there signage. We believe that you should not have to pay further for people parking on your property when it has been proven that larger organisations lose a subsequent amount of revenue simply due to illegal parking.
